Pumkin gyozas

A mixture between two cultures, Japanese gyozas and traditional pumpkin puree. Pro tip, buy unsalted, unsweetened pumpkin puree, so you can use it in a variety of recipes.


They are so easy to make, and you can include your pumpkin puree into salty recipes too!


Recipe:

-200 grs pumpkin purée

-20 grs of green onion

-chives to taste

-cilantro to taste

-10 gyoza papers

-salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1.Mix in a bowl your pumpkin purée with all the ingredients chopped.

2. Fill each gyoza with 1 tsp of filling

3. Wet the borders with a little bit of water and fold the gyozas

4. In a pan at high heat add oil and fry the bottom of the gyozas

5. Lower the heat, add 50 ml of water, and cover the pan with the lid. Let it cook for 5 minutes.

6. Dip your gyozas in ponzu, sprinkle more chives and enjoy
