For all the pizza and sushi lovers, this combination is the best solution for your desires. With the classic triangular shape of the pizza, and the main ingredients from the sushi (nori sheets, sushi rice, and raw fish), this sushi pizza has the best of both worlds.

Ingredients
¼ cup of uncooked sushi rice
1 tbsp of rice vinegar
1 cup of water
1 tsp of monk fruit
1 tsp salt
Extras
2 seaweed sheets
40 grs of raw tuna
80 grs of raw salmon
Cucumber to taste
Sesame seeds to taste
Ponzu sauce, coconut aminos or soy sauce for dipping
Instructions
At medium heat, cook your sushi rice for 10 minutes in a pot with boiling water and put the lid on.
Take the lid off, and let it cook for 5 more minutes or until almost all of the water has evaporated.
Once it is cooked, darin the excess water from the rice and transfer it into a bowl.
Add rice vinegar, salt, and monk fruit to season the rice.
With the first seaweed sheet, cut it into a triangle.
With the second seaweed sheet, add some rice and half of the tuna in the shape of a strip. Roll the sushi and form a small cylinder that would be the “crust” of your pizza.
Add the “pizza crust” that you just made, to the very top of your first seaweed sheet.
To the rest of the first seaweed sheet (that now has the “pizza crust” you made before), add the rest of the rice.
Cut the leftover tuna and the salmon into cubes and add them on top.
Cut the cucumber and add it on top, along with the sesame seeds to taste.
Serve with soy sauce (or the sauce of your choice) to taste.
