The best thing about this recipe is that you can make it today and have it ready for tomorrow! This recipe will look beautiful on all your tables.

Add a personal touch with a little mascarpone, pralines and mint.

Ingredients
4 pears
1/2 bottle of red wine
150 grams of sugar
1 cinnamon stick
anise to taste
zest of 1 orange
100 grams of mascarpone cheese
pralined walnuts to taste
fresh mint to taste
Instructions
Peel the pears completely and cut some in half. Remove the core from the pears with a metal measuring spoon.
In a pot over medium-low heat, add the wine, sugar, cinnamon, anise and orange.
Add the pears, cover the pot and let them boil for 40 minutes.
You can use them after 40 minutes or store them in the refrigerator in a refractory, covered with the wine mixture, overnight.
Place some mascarpone cheese mixed with sugar on a plate, place the pear on top and add the chopped pralines and mint leaves.
With the wine mixture left in the pot, you are going to reduce it until it becomes thicker. Increase heat to high and mix constantly until you start to see how the consistency changes.
Add the wine reduction on top of the pear and that's it.
