Crostini are always a good idea for an easy, gourmet and quick-to-make starter. This time I used a mixture of blue cheese and honey, which takes away some of its strong flavor.

Ingredients
1 baguette
olive oil and garlic to brown the slices
3 pears
40 grams of serrano ham
pepper to taste
Blue Cheese Blend:
1/2 tbsp olive oil
20 grams of blue cheese
1/2 tbsp honey

Instructions
Mix the ingredients for the blue cheese and taste the mixture to adjust the sweetness to taste.
Slice the baguette and add olive oil on top.
Toast each slice. Once toasted, rub a clove of garlic on top.
Cut the pear into slices and wrap each piece in serrano ham.
Add the blue cheese on top of each bread and then add the serrano-wrapped pear.
Garnish with orange zest, pepper and honey.
