Dry ingredients:

• ¼ cups. oat or wheat flour

• 1/2 tsp. baking powder

• ¼ cup almond flour

• ¼ tsp. of salt

• 1 tsp. cinnamon powder

• ¼ tsp. nutmeg powder

• ¼. tsp. ginger powder

And of course, add a handful of raisins if you prefer, or go to the next step.


Wet ingredients:

• ¼ cup. milk

• 1 pc. egg

• ¼ cup. of butter

• 5 tbsp. coconut sugar or monk fruit or sugar

• 1 tsp. vanilla

• 1 pc. Medium grated carrot

• pecans to taste

Glazed:

• 40 grams. cream cheese

• 3 tbsp. icing sugar

• 1 tbsp. vanilla

Instructions:

- In a bowl, sift and mix all the dry ingredients.

- In another bowl, mix all the wet ingredients.

- Combine the mixtures and stir well.

- Add the mixtures into small molds suitable for microwave ovens.

- Bake in combination 4 - steam oven of your NN-DS59 for 15 minutes.

- In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, butter and then add the sugar little by little.

- Add bitumen in the middle of each crepe to form a cake.
