Fig crostini with brie cheese and cherry jam with @bonnemaman_mx. This recipe has been a success, so much so that you can find it in an article in InStyle magazine.


Ingredients

  • 1 baguette

  • Serrano ham to taste

  • Figs to taste

  • Brie cheese to taste

  • Cherry jam to taste

  • Honey to taste

  • Olive oil to taste

  • Thyme to taste



Instructions

  1. Slice the baguette and add olive oil on top.

  2. Toast each slice. Once toasted, rub a clove of garlic on top.

  3. Slice the figs, slice the brie cheese.

  4. Add a little jam to the bread, then the cheese, followed by the serrano ham and figs.

  5. Finish with honey and thyme to taste.
