Creamy Strawberry Oats

I am a faithful believer that the prettier the food looks, the more we crave it. Apart from looking spectacular, this oatmeal tastes delicious and is a healthy breakfast. And what's better than being able to make a romantic breakfast for that special person.



Ingredients (1 serving for one person)
  • 1/4 cup oat flakes

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup of sugar-free vegetable drink

  • 1 monk fruit cd

  • 6 strawberries

  • 3 cds of granola 


Toppings
  • 1 Strawberry

  • 1 tsp granola

  • 1 cd unsweetened Greek yogurt 


Instructions 
  1. In a blender, add the vegetable drink, Greek yogurt, strawberries and monk fruit.

  2. In a bowl, add the oats and granola.

  3. Place the mixture you made at the beginning in the bowl with the oats. Let it rest overnight so that you can have it ready for breakfast the next day, or if you want to eat it immediately, let it rest for 5 minutes. 

  4. For decoration, slice a strawberry vertically and remove one slice. Add a little honey to the slice so that it is sticky and sticks to the glass. Stick it in the middle of the glass where you will serve the oatmeal.

  5. Add the oats to the glass and serve with more yogurt, granola and strawberry topping.
