Apple compote toast with granola and dulce de leche

Apple toast

Ingredients

1 slice of sourdough bread 1 apple

1 cd of butter

1 CD of coconut sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 CD of peanut butter Granola to taste

1/2 cd of Dulce de leche


Instructions

1. In a frying pan over medium heat, add the butter along with the diced apple.

2. Season with coconut sugar and vanilla. Cover the pan and let the apple soften for

10 minutes.

3. Heat your slice of bread and add the peanut butter

4. Add the apple on top along with the granola to taste and the dulce de leche to finish.
